Madison Lister of Mount Jewett, PA, passed away tragically on February 12, 2025, at Kinzua Bridge. Born on January 8, 2002, in Bradford, PA, to Shane and Heather Lister, Madison was a beloved member of her family who brought endless love, warmth, and joy to everyone around her.

From the very start of her life, Madison was cherished and deeply wanted. She possessed an innate nurturing quality and a profound love for animals and the outdoors. Her kind spirit and gentle demeanor left a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

While Madison was known for her quiet and reserved nature, those close to her experienced her playful, humorous, and affectionate side. She had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a deep passion for reading, often spending hours absorbed in books. When she wasn’t immersed in literature, Madison delighted in spending time outside with her beloved dogs, Piper and Daisy. Madison is survived by her parents, Shane and Heather Lister; her siblings, Jake (Daphne) Lister and Sierra (Kyle) Showers; and her treasured nieces and nephews, Johnny, Danny, Kaelyn, and Brynleigh. She is also fondly remembered by her maternal grandparents, Tom (Susan) Oliphant and Janice (Clarence) Proper.
